Vendors increasingly auto-scale quotas with usage (AWS grows EC2 and Lambda quotas as you use them), split them by payment plan (OCI's Pay-As-You-Go defaults are a fraction of Universal Credits), or stopped publishing numbers at all (GCP now shows most defaults only in your console).
