These are the documented defaults, not your account's values. Vendors increasingly auto-scale quotas with usage (AWS grows EC2 and Lambda quotas as you use them), split them by payment plan (OCI's Pay-As-You-Go defaults are a fraction of Universal Credits), or stopped publishing numbers at all (GCP now shows most defaults only in your console). The mark scores adjustability — ✓ adjustable default, ◐ varies by offer or not published, ✗ hard limit, ≈ descriptive — and the last row tells you where to check and raise each cloud's quotas. Read your own console before capacity planning.
