Read the asterisks. A compliance certification is almost never a property of "the cloud" as a whole. It is scoped — to a set of regions, to an in-scope service list, sometimes to a dedicated government or sovereign environment that is a different product with different pricing. A "✓" here means the provider holds the attestation and publishes it; the footnote tells you the boundary. Treat the footnote, not the tick, as the answer — and always confirm scope against the vendor's current audit report before you design to it.
